Ubisoft has appointed Valentine Piedelievre-Eman as Chief Communications Officer, effective February 2, 2026, to lead global corporate brand strategy and narrative alignment.
Piedelievre-Eman will report directly to Cécile Russeil, Executive Vice President of Communications, Corporate Affairs, DIA, Human Resources, and Legal.
The appointment is a strategic move to support Ubisoft’s ongoing comprehensive business transformation and organizational evolution.
Piedelievre-Eman joins Ubisoft from Warner Bros. Discovery, where she served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Western Europe and Africa, with additional experience at SAP, Expleo, Bloomberg, and the Associated Press.
Ubisoft reported net bookings of €1.85 billion for the 2024–25 fiscal year, reflecting the scale of the operations the new CCO will support.
The role involves managing communications across major global franchises, including Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six.
