This transaction, executed on August 7, 2017, follows the terms of an investment agreement established with Bartłomiej Gajewski in late July. The acquisition was facilitated through a cash contribution of 250,100 PLN toward an increase in the entity's share capital. Concurrent with this investment, the company underwent a formal rebranding, changing its name from Creative Octopus to Game Operators Sp. z o.o.
