PlayWay S.A. has granted Koch Media GmbH exclusive global rights for the physical retail distribution of five simulation titles, excluding Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
The agreement covers the 2017 simulation lineup, specifically Farm Expert 2017, Giant Machines 2017, Ships 2017, Robot Squad Simulator 2017, and Demolish & Build 2017.
This amendment expands upon a strategic partnership and distribution agreement originally established between the two companies in September 2014.
The deal aims to leverage Koch Media’s logistics network to maximize the international reach of PlayWay’s boxed software during the 2016-2017 fiscal period.
The distribution rights are considered material to PlayWay’s revenue projections and market penetration strategy for its simulation franchise.
