Data is collected directly from individuals and indirectly via third-party platforms including Google Forms, MailChimp, Microsoft 365, Eventbrite, Meet to Match, CrowdComms, Sched, Discord, and Zoom.

The organization prohibits the collection of sensitive data such as health, racial, or political information and restricts data collection from individuals under 13 years of age.

Event photographs are used for promotional purposes unless the individual submits a written objection to the organization.

Individuals maintain the right to access, amend, or permanently delete their records, subject to identity verification by IGEA.

Data retention is strictly limited to periods necessary for business operations, legal compliance, contract enforcement, and dispute resolution.
