While overall unit sales declined by 6.6% to 2,390 thousand units, the company successfully shifted its focus toward higher-margin digital and licensed products.
Geographic performance was led by the domestic market (66.3% of sales) and a 46.1% surge in Asian sales, while North American and European markets remained stagnant or declined.
The company set a mid-term goal for FY2020 to reach ¥51 billion in sales and ¥17 billion in operating profit, targeting a 10% annual growth rate across key metrics.
Strategic capital expenditure is set at ¥18 billion, split between real estate and development equipment, to support upcoming AAA titles on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.
