NACON reported a net loss of €1.3 million for the 2024/25 fiscal year, with operating income dropping significantly to €1.1 million from €20.9 million the previous year.
Total annual revenue remained stable at €167.9 million, comprised of €97.1 million from the Gaming division and €65.2 million from Accessories.
The sharp decline in operating income was primarily driven by an €8.5 million increase in depreciation and amortization costs following the release of Test Drive Unlimited.
The company is prioritizing its development pipeline, which currently includes 40 games with a carrying value of €124.5 million, and has opted not to issue a dividend for the year.
NACON secured a new exclusive licensing agreement with WRC Promoter for World Rally Championship rights on PC and consoles, covering the 2027 to 2032 period.
The 2025/26 outlook projects growth driven by the release of titles like Hell is Us and Robocop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business, alongside 30 new accessory products developed for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.
