Diagnosing Performance in Invasion-Based Esports: The Esports Performance Screening (EPS) Framework

The Esports Performance Screening (EPS) framework establishes a comprehensive, hierarchical model for diagnosing competitive performance in invasion-based esports.

• The Esports Performance Screening (EPS) framework categorizes competitive performance into a five-level hierarchy: strategy, tactics, tasks, actions, and operations.
• The framework provides a diagnostic tool to differentiate between cognitive reasoning errors and physical execution slips in invasion-based esports.
• By establishing a shared, objective vocabulary, the EPS model enables teams to transition from subjective post-game reviews to systematic VOD analysis.
