PCF Group S.A. reported a total net profit of 41,751,983.35 PLN for the 2021 fiscal year.
The company will distribute 8,086,561.02 PLN as a dividend to shareholders, amounting to 0.27 PLN per share.
Approximately 80% of the 2021 net profit, totaling 33,665,422.33 PLN, will be transferred to the company’s supplementary capital to support future operations.
The dividend record date is set for July 8, 2022, with the payout scheduled for August 3, 2022.
The proposed profit distribution remains subject to final approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and review by the Supervisory Board.
