PCF Group S.A. implemented a new remuneration framework for its Supervisory Board and Audit Committee, effective January 1, 2024.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board will receive a monthly salary of 3,000 PLN, with other members receiving 2,500 PLN, plus a 1,500 PLN supplemental payment per meeting attended.
The Audit Committee compensation structure provides 2,000 PLN monthly for the Chairman and financial experts, 1,500 PLN for other members, and a 2,000 PLN fee per meeting session.
The Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 11, 2023, saw participation from shareholders representing approximately 60.39% of the company's share capital.
A total of 21,702,576 valid votes were cast during the meeting using an electronic voting system, which replaced the need for a dedicated scrutiny committee.
The new compensation standards replace the previous framework that had been in place since June 2020.
