PCF Group S.A. increased its share capital from 599,004.52 PLN to 601,726.60 PLN following the registration of 136,104 new Series E ordinary bearer shares.
The issuance of Series E shares, each with a nominal value of 0.02 PLN, resulted in a total of 30,086,330 votes across the company's share series.
The company excluded pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders to facilitate the dematerialization and trading of the new Series E shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
PCF Group S.A. formally repealed its remaining authorized capital provision of 26,840.42 PLN, which previously accounted for over 1.3 million potential shares.
The District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw officially recorded these capital structure amendments and the updated articles of association in March 2023.
The company's current share composition now officially includes Series A, B, D, and the newly registered Series E shares.
