On 23 April 2025, PCF Group S.A., Krafton Inc., and Sebastian Wojciechowski amended their original 28 March 2023 investment agreement.
Krafton Inc. has voluntarily relinquished its right of first negotiation and right of first refusal regarding the Victoria and Bifrost projects.
The waiver applies specifically to scenarios where the Victoria and Bifrost projects are released under a publishing model other than self-publishing.
This contractual amendment provides PCF Group S.A. with increased flexibility to pursue alternative publishing partnerships for the two specified titles.
All other provisions of the original investment agreement established in March 2023 remain unchanged.
The amendment involves no adjustments to financial figures, company valuations, or performance metrics.
