PlayWay S.A. established a new subsidiary, WarZoneLab Sp. z o.o., in March 2020 to expand its development portfolio.
PlayWay S.A. holds a 70% controlling interest in WarZoneLab, acquired for a cash contribution of 98,500 PLN.
The remaining 30% of WarZoneLab is owned by a group of professional game developers who contributed 1,500 PLN for their equity.
WarZoneLab was formed with an initial share capital of 5,000 PLN, divided into 100 shares with a nominal value of 50 PLN each.
The studio’s initial production pipeline focuses on three specific titles: Convoy Simulator, World Ship Wrecks, and Try to Kill Me Again.
The subsidiary model utilizes a structure where PlayWay S.A. provides primary capital while minority partners contribute technical expertise and labor.
