ECC Games S.A. has secured approximately 1.42 million PLN in new capital through a private subscription of 2,737,600 Series G shares priced at 0.52 PLN each.
The agreement mandates that ECC Games must debut on the NewConnect market within five months of the capital increase registration.
Following the transaction, Inovo Venture Fund becomes the largest shareholder with a 31.4% stake, while PlayWay S.A. holds 29.4%.
The capital increase raises ECC Games' share capital from 1,574,000 PLN to a maximum of 1,847,760 PLN.
A group of twenty new private investors has been introduced to the company, collectively acquiring a 14.2% ownership stake.
This agreement, executed on September 29, 2017, formally terminates and replaces the previous investment framework established in December 2016.
