PCF Group S.A. has entered formal negotiations with a global publisher to develop a new video game under a work-for-hire business model.
The proposed partnership follows the receipt of a formal Statement of Work and a framework Service Agreement on December 20, 2025.
Under the work-for-hire model, the publisher will retain project rights and oversight, while People Can Fly provides development services for agreed-upon remuneration.
This initiative aligns with PCF Group’s 2023 corporate strategy to balance internal intellectual property development with steady revenue from large-scale service agreements.
The terms currently under negotiation are described as consistent with standard industry practices for major gaming sector service contracts.
No final agreement has been executed yet, and the company will provide further disclosures only upon the conclusion of negotiations or the signing of a formal contract.
