The transaction was finalized on June 30, 2017, through a cash contribution to the developer's share capital.
Emilus IT Solutions has been rebranded as SimFabric Sp. z o.o. to reflect a strategic focus on simulation-based software.
The studio is currently developing two PC titles under the working titles Farm 19 and Electrix.
The acquisition grants PlayWay S.A. direct oversight of the production timelines and intellectual property for the studio's upcoming simulation projects.
