PCF Group S.A. increased its total voting rights from 35,940,271 to 42,610,271 following the registration of 6,670,000 new Series H ordinary bearer shares on 22 August 2025.
Sebastian Wojciechowski’s total voting power in PCF Group S.A. decreased from approximately 41.71% to 38.79% due to the dilution effect of the capital increase.
Mr. Wojciechowski subscribed to 1,540,667 of the newly issued shares, which accounts for approximately 3.62% of the company's post-increase share capital.
The notification was triggered by regulatory requirements under Article 70 (1) of the Polish Public Offering Act following the capital increase registered on 22 August 2025.
