PCF Group S.A. formally expanded its operational scope following a registration by the Warsaw District Court on 4 December 2024.
The company’s Articles of Association now authorize 36 distinct business activities, defined by Polish PKD codes, ranging from software development to audiovisual production.
The amendment officially adds PKD code 70.22.Z, allowing the company to provide business and management consulting services.
The changes were ratified during an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on 13 November 2024, where resolutions 5/11/2024 and 6/11/2024 were adopted.
The updated charter covers a broad spectrum of operations including IT consulting (62.01-62.09.Z), data processing (63.11-63.12.Z), and electronic equipment production (26.40.Z).
