PlayWay S.A. formalized a shareholder agreement on May 8, 2017, to expand the ownership structure of its subsidiary, Ultimate Games S.A.
Ultimate Games increased its share capital from 100,000 PLN to 150,000 PLN through the issuance of new shares to three individual investors.
PlayWay S.A. retains a majority stake of 64% in Ultimate Games, with Mateusz Zawadzki holding 19%, Jakub Trzebiński 5%, and three new investors holding 4% each.
The three new shareholders—Maciej Latocha, Łukasz Stąporek, and Aleksy Uchański—were brought on as part of a strategic recruitment and incentive initiative.
Maciej Latocha and Łukasz Stąporek have been assigned to lead the development of two new titles, Ultimate Summer Boat and Ultimate Keelboat Simulator.
The capital restructuring and talent acquisition are designed to strengthen Ultimate Games' operational capacity within the fishing, hunting, and hobbyist simulation gaming niches.
