PlayWay S.A. authorized a total dividend payout of 62,436,000.00 PLN for the 2019 fiscal year.
Shareholders will receive a gross payment of 9.46 PLN per share for all 6,600,000 ordinary bearer shares.
The dividend distribution is scheduled for payment on June 30, 2020, with a record date of June 22, 2020.
The payout is funded primarily by 60,842,953.74 PLN in 2019 net profit, supplemented by 1,586,990.49 PLN from retained earnings and 6,055.77 PLN from supplementary capital.
The distribution was formally approved by the Ordinary General Meeting held on June 15, 2020.
