PCF Group S.A. appointed Dagmara Zawadzka and Jacek Pogonowski to its Supervisory Board on June 28, 2022, following the resignation of previous members.
The new board members began their second joint term on June 29, 2022, ensuring the company maintains compliance with Polish regulatory requirements for independent oversight.

Dagmara Zawadzka contributes expertise in M&A, IPOs, and financial auditing, drawing on her background at PricewaterhouseCoopers, BRE Corporate Finance, and as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Jacek Pogonowski brings experience in private equity and investment banking, currently serving as a partner at V4C Eastern Europe and V4C Poland Plus.
Both board members have formally declared that they do not engage in activities competitive to PCF Group S.A. and are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
