PlayWay S.A. initiated the conditional registration of 600,000 Series I ordinary bearer shares with the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) in November 2016.
Each of the 600,000 new shares carries a nominal value of 0.10 PLN.
The new shares will be integrated into the existing pool of shares under ISIN code PLPLAYW00015 to facilitate trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Final registration in the KDPW system is contingent upon a formal decision by the regulated market operator to admit the shares to trading.
The registration process is scheduled to occur within three days of the market operator’s decision, provided this does not precede the official trading introduction date.
This action marks the technical transition of share subscription rights into fully registered shares following the company's public offering.
