The total number of outstanding shares for PlayWay S.A. rose from 6,000,000 to 6,600,000 following the issuance.
The District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw formally registered the capital increase and the corresponding amendments to the company’s Articles of Association.
Paragraph 6 of the company’s Articles of Association was officially revised to reflect the updated equity structure.
