PCF Group S.A. has rescheduled the publication date for its 2024 consolidated and individual annual reports from 28 April 2025 to 29 April 2025.
The reporting update applies to both the standalone financial statements of the listed entity and the consolidated statements of the PCF Group S.A. capital group.
This schedule adjustment is a procedural move to ensure full compliance with the Polish Minister of Finance’s 2018 regulation regarding securities issuer disclosures.
The new deadline of 29 April 2025 officially supersedes the previously announced reporting dates established in current reports No 1/2025 and No 7/2025.
The change is limited strictly to the timing of the 2024 fiscal year-end financial disclosures and does not alter the scope of the financial data being reported.
