PlayWay S.A. President Krzysztof Kostowski has qualified for an incentive program, granting him the right to subscribe to 66,000 new ordinary bearer shares at an issue price of 0.10 PLN per share.
The company achieved a 2024 net profit of 148,914,053.19 PLN, exceeding the 2023 profit of 144,005,978.33 PLN to meet the program's financial performance threshold.
The issuance of the new shares is subject to a 24-month lock-up period, during which the shares cannot be sold by the participant.
Eligibility for the incentive required the successful acquisition and supervision of five specific new projects: Recycling Center Simulator, 30 Days on Ship, Laundry Store Simulator, Gym Manager, and Supermarket Horizon.
PlayWay S.A. intends to increase its share capital within the next 30 days to facilitate the issuance, pending formal registration of authorized capital changes.
Krzysztof Kostowski maintained continuous office tenure through June 30, 2025, fulfilling the final operational requirement for the incentive program.
