PlayWay S.A. reappointed Krzysztof Kostowski as President and Jakub Trzebiński as Vice President of the Management Board during the Ordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2025.
The leadership reappointments ensure executive continuity for the Warsaw-based developer and publisher, maintaining its current strategic direction and incubator business model.
Both executives have formally declared they do not engage in activities competitive to PlayWay S.A. and do not hold positions in competing entities.
The reappointed board members are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, confirming their professional standing under the National Court Register Act.
The management appointments comply with all Polish capital market regulations and corporate governance standards required for publicly traded entities.
The new terms for both Krzysztof Kostowski and Jakub Trzebiński are effective immediately as of June 30, 2025.
