PlayWay S.A. approved a dividend payout of 15,708,000.00 PLN, representing nearly the entire standalone net profit of 15,758,450.11 PLN for the 2017 fiscal year.
Shareholders will receive a dividend of 2.38 PLN per share, with the record date set for July 10, 2018, and the payout scheduled for July 24, 2018.
The Capital Group reported a consolidated net profit of 16,778,103.20 PLN for the 2017 fiscal year.
The Ordinary General Meeting represented 81.99% of the company's share capital, with 5,411,197 shares participating in the voting process.
The remaining 50,450.11 PLN of the standalone net profit was allocated to the company’s supplementary capital.
Shareholders granted formal discharge to all members of the Management and Supervisory Boards, including President Krzysztof Kostowski and Vice President Jakub Trzebiński, for their 2017 performance.
All resolutions presented at the June 27, 2018, meeting passed with overwhelming support, characterized by unanimous or near-unanimous voting results.
