Marek Ziemak has nearly two decades of experience in the Polish video game industry, transitioning from technical development at CD Projekt RED to executive leadership at 11 bit studios.
During his tenure at CD Projekt RED starting in 2006, Ziemak contributed to the development of The Witcher 2 and The Witcher 3 in roles ranging from game tester and scripter to level designer and producer.
Since joining 11 bit studios in 2014, Ziemak has advanced from Senior Publishing Producer to his current role as External Development Director, focusing on scaling production and managing external partnerships.
Ziemak holds a Master of Engineering in IT from the Military University of Technology and an MBA for IT professionals from Kozminski University, bridging technical and managerial expertise.
He contributed to industry education by serving as a lecturer in the Video Game Creation department at the Warsaw Film School for six years.
