Nexon Co., Ltd. will hold its 24th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 25, 2026, to finalize the appointment of its new Board of Directors and Audit and Supervisory Committee.
The proposed Board of Directors includes current executives Junghun Lee, Shiro Uemura, Patrick Söderlund, and Daehyun Kang, alongside Alexander Iosilevich, who is transitioning from the Audit Committee to a general Director role.
Kaoru Hattori, a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu with expertise in legal and trade policy, has been nominated as a new Outside Director.
The Audit and Supervisory Committee will consist of Shiro Kuniya, Naoya Tsurumi, and Hanmin Cho, all of whom are designated as Outside Directors to strengthen independent corporate governance.
Naoya Tsurumi joins the committee with executive experience from SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS and SEGA CORPORATION, while Hanmin Cho brings private equity and accounting expertise from his role at NXC Corporation.
None of the newly nominated candidates currently hold shares in Nexon Co., Ltd.
