Completion of Public Offering of Series B, H and I Shares (2016)

PlayWay S.A. raised 62,400,000 PLN through a public offering of 1,200,000 shares in October 2016.

The offering was priced at 52.00 PLN per share and consisted of an equal split between existing Series B and H shares and new Series I shares.

Individual investor demand significantly outpaced supply, leading to a 77.23% reduction rate for that tranche.

Institutional investors were the primary recipients, securing 1,020,000 shares compared to 180,000 shares allocated to individual investors.

A total of 1,869 investors participated in the offering, submitting orders for 1,810,606 shares against the 1,200,000 shares available.

The offering was finalized on October 12, 2016, and was conducted without the use of underwriting agreements.
