Current Report No. 5/2016: KDPW Resolution on Conditional Registration of Share Series A–G, I

In October 2016, the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) conditionally registered 5,400,000 ordinary bearer shares of PlayWay S.A. with a nominal value of 0.10 PLN each.

The registration covers seven distinct share series: Series A (1,500,000), Series B (1,200,000), Series C (300,000), Series D (600,000), Series E (900,000), Series F (300,000), and Series G (600,000).

All 5,400,000 shares are designated under the ISIN code PLPLAYW00015.

The KDPW registration is contingent upon the formal admission of these shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Upon receiving documentation confirming market admission, the KDPW will finalize the entry of these shares into the depository system within three days.

This regulatory action serves as a foundational step for PlayWay S.A.'s transition to public trading and integration into the capital markets.
