The residency is a commissioned project under the GamesConnect AFRICA initiative, organized through a partnership between Goethe-Institut, Leti Arts, and A MAZE.
Selected developers receive a financial support package consisting of a production budget of up to €1,000 and a €300 stipend.
The residency provides participants with dedicated living and workspace accommodations in Accra to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and cross-cultural collaboration.
