The company issued 305,500 new Series E ordinary bearer shares, each with a nominal value of 0.10 PLN.
Following the Series E issuance, the total share capital of 11 bit studios S.A. reached 221,719.90 PLN.
The share capital increase was authorized by a general meeting resolution from June 22, 2012, which originally permitted the issuance of up to 400,000 shares.
The company successfully finalized six subscription agreements by the July 27, 2012, deadline to complete the Series E offering.
The company’s Articles of Association were formally amended at Paragraph 4 to reflect the updated share structure and total capital valuation.
